  • Technical priorities:  Typescript, React, Lambda, AWS. All engineers are expected to work full stack
  • Personal attributes: "Scrappy" startup mindset/working style over corporate, collaborative yet capable of working independently.
  • Broad problem solving skills and enough experience to use AI-dev tools responsibly, full stack understanding/awareness to avoid foreseeable maintenance issues.
  • Salary range: I estimate the above expectations require somewhere in the 1,200–1,400k/month range. Ben said that was likely higher than current staff, but willing to address each candidate based on merit. @Tobba (Thorbjorg) Vigfusdottiryour input would be appreciated - that is if we can source candidates within this range?
