When you submit an application through this site, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your CV/resume file

Automatically, when you browse this site

We use privacy-focused website analytics to understand how our site is used (e.g. pages visited, general location, device/browser type). This does not use tracking cookies to identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Evaluate your application for the role you applied to
  • Contact you about your application, and about other roles we believe may be relevant to you
  • Share your application with the client company for the role in question, as part of our search and placement process
  • Comply with our legal obligations

Who We Share It With

  • The hiring client: as an executive search firm, sharing your application and CV with the client company you’re applying to is core to what we do — that’s how the process moves forward.
  • Spott, our applicant tracking system provider, which stores and processes candidate data on our behalf under its own data processing terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone else outside of the recruitment process without your consent.

Where the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process your information on the basis of your consent (by submitting an application) and our legitimate interest in operating a recruitment business, including considering you for other suitable roles.

Data Retention

We retain your application data for as long as it’s relevant to the role you applied for and to potential future opportunities we think may suit you. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see “Your Rights” below.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Restrict or object to how we process your data
  • Receive your data in a portable format
